YOU GUYS. YOU GUYS OH MY GOD IT WAS AMAZING. s-so many people what aaaaaah.

The con itself was kind of meh, other than HOLY CRAP SO MANY PEOPLEEEEEE i saw so many cosplayers. AND DBZ COSPLAYERS. They ACTUALLY HAD DBZ COSPLAYERS sakuracon never has DBZ cosplayers AND THERE WAS A 17 AND 18 AND ONE REALLY HOT TRUNKS who I am now kind of wishing I had asked out or asked for contact info or something (SHUT UP, I KNOW I'M KIND OF A CREEPER ):) and also a Perfect Cell who scared the pee out of me a little.

Dealer's room shenanigans were also nice, although I think I had more restraint this con than last one. But then, last con I was like "CUTE HATS CUTE HATS AAAAH" and there is really only so many animal-eared beanie things you can justify getting when A: you don't wear them on a daily basis and B: you are currently in a city that is hotter than Satan's armpit. (It kind of smelled like it, too. PROTIP, GUYS! If you are ever in Baltimore and you walk by a manhole and it is steaming? GET THE HELL AWAY FROM IT it smells disgusting oh my god. I am mildly surprised my nose did not jump off of my face and run away screaming the few times the steam got blown into my face D8) I did get a crapload of cellphone straps, some random DBZ figurines, a freaking gorgeous hoodie that is also really itchy that I... probably will end up not wearing unless I can deitchify it, and a derpbunny. :3

Artists room was also kind of meh; I... don't really go for prints and stuff unless they really grab me, and most art fails to grab me lately. If someone had drawn Trunks the Cyborgs DBZ art I might have gotten it, but the one person I found with AMAZING DBZ stuff was also displaying inflation kinked Bulma art. DO NOT WANT TIMES OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAND. However! I was wandering along looking at stuff, when a particular booth caught my eye because it had funny t-shirts. And then I looked up at the banner for it and holy shit it was THE DEVIL'S PANTIES!!!!! FOR THOSE NOT IN THE KNOW, The Devil's Panties is one of my favorite webcomics ever. So I ended up having a small aneurism in front of the booth, prooooobably scared the poor artist who was watching it (Jennie was taking a break), and then marched off to wait for Jennie so I could fangirl at her. I am now the proud owner of Devil's Panties volumes 2 and 3, both AUTOGRAPHED BY JENNIE BREEDEN aaaaaaaaaaaaahhh and also she talked to me and was really nice and alskdfjlsdfkj

However, the truly amazing part of the con was rooming with tyrjiora, mamuuut, semiramis, alice_and_lain and tazeredtiger. It. I. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY other than these people are all awesome and I had so much fun and AAAAAAH YOU GUYS. YOU GUYS. ♥ I honestly don't know how they put up with me half of the time but I AM SO GLAD THAY DID skldfjasldfa. If I listed all of the fun things that happened it would take way too long, because it was JUST. THAT. AMAZING. I may have cried a little when we had to split up onto our seperate planes.

Meeting Biz was pretty damn epic, too. SHE IS EVERYTHING I IMAGINED AND MORE by which I mean I discovered that she is made of badtouch. And porn, but mostly badtouch. See, I sometimes have rather nasty personal space issues, but she violated all of them and made me like it. Also, she does rather impressive porn readings XD

As fun as it was, I'm kind of glad to be home. I am sore all over from walking and my stupid sexy boots not being broken in all the way, and I am EXHAUSTED. Sleeping in a room with 5 other girls is not conductive to rest. I am sad I don't get to hang with everyone in person anymore, but hey... that's what next year is for >D

...defriending someone just because they're grouchy and sporadic seems kind of dumb to me. Isn't part of being friends with someone helping them through grouchiness and stuff? IDK :(
