oh god why am I such a wuss
I OFFICIALLY HATE WHOEVER IT WAS THAT INVENTED SCREAMERS. I ESPECIALLY HATE WHOEVER CAME UP WITH THE BRILLIANT IDEA OF PUTTING THEM ON YOUTUBE. 8( </rant>

biztheinsane accidentally clicked on one while we were at Otakon. It... really shouldn't have been as terrifying as it was to me, but instead of just one image it flashed a whole bunch and the second one was literally something straight out of an old nightmare of mine and-- yeah. That + amazing amounts of stress on the home front = WHY THE HELL AM I THIS AFRAID OF THE DARK i am twenty years old goddamnit. I've been sleeping with the lights on for the past week or so and am thus kind of exhausted and out of it. Also, protip: don't go looking at random creepypasta on a lj comm you are unfamiliar with. I scrolled down all unsuspecting and BAM! More creepy photoshop and holy crap you better believe I flipped the fuck out. I went hot and cold and everything; the part of me that likes medical shit was like "INTERESTING PHYSICAL REACTION THERE :Da" while the rest of me sobbed in a corner. BUT ENOUGH OF MY NEUROSIS.
My job is still amazing, other than the occasional douchebag or prank call. In some cases, I even get both, with highly entertaining results. I got a guy the other day who first claimed that he had gotten hit in the eye with a Wii Remote, but couldn't seem to figure out whether he had hit himself, his friend had hit him, or what. His final story? That yes, it had been his friend... but only after repeatedly swinging it to break the strap. And then when I was like "well I'm going to report your injury to our administrators and they'll call you back ASAP so you guys can work something out" he was like "...aren't you going to pay me?" CUE HILARIOUS DISCUSSION ABOUT HOW I AM BUT A LOWLY TECH and besides he was clearly not practicing the proper safety procedures that the Wii puts up EVERY TIME YOU PLAY A GAME. He ended up hanging up when he realized that no, I wasn't kidding about not immediately sending out a check for however much he wanted. :'D Good times, man.
On the RP front... ohhh boy am I not feeling it lately. First it was just Suki, but now I'm kind of :/ about everyone and it makes me sad especially for Vivian. nnnnng I love her so muuuuuch why am I so blaaaaaaah 8( I'm probably gonna have to take a hiatus next week since my folks are heading out of town, and that means all of my time is going to be spent either working or commuting; hopefully that'll help. I'm considering staying out of chan, too, but I dunno how well my sanity is going to be faring after 9 hours of work and 3 or 4 more of BUSES. Blocking myself off from friends would probably not help that any.
...okay I kind of lied. I'm not feeling it at CAMP. However, I have discovered another RP with plot and awesome and it is pinging me SO HARD a-and. :( This is the first time I've been even REMOTELY tempted to app anywhere else. It feels a little like cheating, but nnnng want. The only problem is you have to have PBs. Not a big deal for the OCs I'm planning (I'M APPING THE MOTHERFUCKING VELVETEEN RABBIT. Seriously, it's appable. The Gryphon from Alice in Wonderland, too 8D), but I also want 17 (...this has nothing to do with the fact that there is a Trunks and a Vegeta there. Noooooope). Do you know how hard it is to find a pretty boy with longish black hair that A: is not all strung out looking B: does not have copious facial hair C: is not TOO OLD AUGH? The answer is VERY. 8( This is going to be put on hold until I have free time again, though. Besides, waiting a month will keep me from impulse-apping. Especially since I have ONE MORE CHARACTER I want at camp >| I AM DETERMINEDDDDDD
I need to post more often; otherwise I end up spewing these huge blocks of text 8( I almost typed more for each of these, but daaaamn tl;dr. I am going to bed in my clean pjs and sheets now... after holding a clean pig. I just gave them baths and now they are soft like rabbit fur *w* They're also pissed at me, but a carrot stick will fix that. Oh, guinea pigs, never stop being completely food obsessed.
